After years of delay tactics and outright unfair treatment of PEP11 - starting from Scomo to now Albo's government..... PEP11 has finally arrived at the door step of the Federal Court - where the Justice can now adjudicate the reasons behind the decision making process of the JA and whether or not the REFUSAL was made in accordance with the Law.... or were there other 'unlawful' factors at play.
The Australian Judicial System is the ONLY impartial/fair and unbiased adjudicator that can bring this whole sorry saga to its rightful conclusion.
AND that conclusion should be an - APPROVAL - in accordance with the law and NOPTA's recommendations.
