I do not believe they will throw in the towel till after the election.... and it will only happen once the case management hearing is completed and dates for submissions and discovery etc are all ordered. They will capitulate - just like last time - before they need to submit their defence.
BUT then again.....they may still be waiting for the hail mary...... that time has run out.... but I do not know what is in the refusal - so maybe there is a hail mary in there?!?!!?
Lets go to court and find out.
