The funny thing about this entire scenario is that Asset has already had an approval before Scomo did his trick and unlawfully deny.
This in itself should count for something and for Asset to agree and accept the last court decision, to only let this obviously corrupt system not deal again with the permit in an acceptable way is incorrigible.
Some would have you think that this is dead in the water, but that scenario is 5% with a win at 95% and with compensation a 50/50 chance.
All my opinion, but this court case is very much a slam dunk.
Compensation $250Mil for all this heartache and erosion of shareholder wealth, lost opportunity and reputation is what I suggest.
