Asset has had approval recommendation from NOPTA the WHOLE ENTIRE TIME SINCE BEFORE Scomos decision. Only reason why it was never officially approved by JA is - POLITICS. Politics was the one thing that was supposed to be kept.out of the decision making process by having NOPTA. And should 'politics' be a reason the refuse it should be done under the National Interest Clause.... there has never been a time (that I am.aware of) where a legitimate reason has been 'found' to terminate PEP11.
The DELAY from 2020 to EDs decision in Jan 2025 are all as a result of BIAS POLITICS TO THE DETRIMENT OF ASSET (and in my opinion to the NATION!)
Time for the final curtain call in Fed Court where the Justice must - imo - KILL PEP11 or direct the JA to make the RIGHT DECISION in accordance with NOPTA recommendations.
as for compensation - absolutely. Everything done to Asset has been unfair/biased/not due process etc etc.
