Breeze is a player - a serial litigator and a poor performing director. Though he may of been procedurally mistreated - he just could not help himself he had to cry foul and stuff it up for all shareholders by continuing to litigate. Advent still owes MEC some 4+ million - I wonder where that debt is going to be hidden. No doubt this saga is a lesson in looking seriously at the composition of boards. Breeze is on the list of very poor directors - there are a few who keep popping up.
