Wonder if the advice around PEP11 has been known by Advent for a few weeks.
Guessing BUY might have offered an interest in Cerberus to the group seeing as BPH has ~$7m and nothing to spend it on!! DB wanted to have that inked before the bad news on pep11 was released but politics didn’t wait for him.
