there's still 13 months until the lease expires with a few of the projects around the place being cancelled a rig or two are likely to become available. All they need is funds which if application is made to the middle-east will probably be quite possible. After all OSH have just got funding for their 34% of the PNG LNG project from 16 foreign banks. So there are lenders available out there.
