    liberty is a trust and no tax, adjusting for tax, liberty is around trading at 11X and its not a discount.

    see numerous AFR articles proving this point.

    the dividend yield of 3% is very skinny for an ASX bank. all the majors and smaller banks have yields of over 4.5-5% forecast.
