And you see there's one of the major problems ....
PIL don't provide any transparency what so ever about their revenue streams
which makes it impossible to guess or project progress in specific areas .
Frankly I don't think you can assume anything with PIL , other than to conclude
that they are likely not to be getting the traction that's needed .
