I was looking through the DEM web site and the only thing I could find was an article requesting input from the community in respect to Land Access which will be reviewed by DEM August 2020 . I should imagine that the Hillside Mine Community Voice would be into that topic and maybe could relate to the Hillside Mine site but not 100% sure . Couldn't find anything specific though to enlighten you any further . But Land Access may be the final hurdle that Rex Minerals may have to overcome before the PEPR is approved . As far as I can see Rex has done every thing possible to satisfy the DEM that they will continue to do the right thing but at the moment the massive document is in the hands of the Government . In the mean time the price of copper is making a recovery from US$2.07lb 24 March 1920 to yesterdays quote of US$2.94 lb so a remarkable recovery is well and truly under way . And gold just under US $1800.00 and poor old Iron Ore doing well also but not in the equation now . So the stage is set and ready to go and what a magic time it would be to get an ASX Announcement . PEPR for Hillside Copper Mine Approved . I have held on to my shares from 27th October 2009 and have averaged down to the current time. Many posts I have read recently convince me that there are plenty of other shareholders have been with this stock as long as myself and lets hope your loyalty will be compensated big time ..
