Interesting news. This caught my attention;
"[Peptidream] said one of the motivations for an IPO was concern over a potential takeout by one of the company's partners."
Surprised by the discussion about a hostile takeover presumably by one of the companies with target discovery deals listed in the article. Its taking competitive tension to a whole new level but also emphasizing that peptide discovery is a hot field at the moment.
