Yeah, with biotech it's almost a certainty that they will need CRs along the way so I would never buy a biotech on IPO.
There are rare exceptions where they score a big partner or investor but usually a CR is a chance to get in cheaper later.
One biotech where I thought I missed the boat is doing a CR so hopefully I can get in on the dip, lol...
Understandable grumbling by the LTH but a good chance for late comers to join the party.
