I very much doubt that the SP will have any affect upon the sale price if another company is interested.
Management have said that they would not sell for less than they know what the company would be worth with everything proven up, and that would be as a takeover ( unlikely ) or as a partnership.
Don't worry!
I agree the company could just slowly slide down in SP, but little can be done without good news.
There is nothing more weakening than a company that releases piss weak news for the sake of propping up the SP.
We are right on the few lower gaps on the charts remaining, and hopefully they will get filled now even though even I did not expect them too.
The Platinum caused drop did a lot of damage, but it's done now and nothing but good news will repair things.
We could slip to around 6c so have money ready as it probably will be a short opportunity.
