Which is why a cover your arse CR is always a possibility. It may even be prudent for the longevity of the company. If the results are not stellar then SP will tank & the other company aspirations which JG has been kicking down the road will be significantly under funded. Our existing bank will be nowhere enough . Try raising funds at half the current SP - imagine the dilution.
Hear what you say about potential partners not wanting to take a punt. I’d love to see a “conditional or subject to results partnership / agreement” announced but I suspect that is unlikely.
