What is needed now to take advantage of this very well formed cup is for PER to get to 10c - we are still not there remember - and then to put in a decent handle.

I think that that will happen but without news I think we will get resistance at 10c.

Just my dumb opinion but the inexperienced often get a little ahead of themselves after a few good days and they throw caution to the wind.

I hope I am wrong, and that PER just keeps going, as no one is more desperate than myself to get to at least $1, then $5 and $18 would be better.
