Ten cents is a major point of resistance and so I would expect some retrace here to test the strength of that level.

There has never been (from memory) a unfilled gap in the entire share history of PER, so it needs consideration.

Feel free to throw whatever is at hand as undoubtedly this will be seen as negative, which it is not.
Cleaning up all obstacles now will lead to an unencumbered run later.

My view fwiw is that unfilled gaps will be particularly attractive after full enrolment being confirmed. Whether they are all filled will come down to timing of future announcements.
