Yes, this stock has a history of non performance that has made the market a little gun shy.
I do think that the new management will bring the company out of it's current malaise but it will take time and they cannot afford too many slips with announcements or by missing dates.
They would be better off, I feel, to understate targets and then out perform on delivery by coming in ahead of those dates.
Confidence needs to be rebuilt.
