Exactly! And that is what this forum is all about.

Many people on here appreciate my opinion but because it differs from others own opinion they choose to try to stop me from posting.

I have great faith in PER but it has a reputation of not meting dates.
If it misses again that will rattle the confidence shown in the new management and the sp will drop for sure.

I don't want the sp to drop, I am simply saying what I see in the charts.

One problem with PER has been that it has had very strong cheerleaders that have convinced people to buy, only for the company to miss targets and cause holders to abandon the stock.
Those cheerleaders are as much responsible for the current weakness in the stock as anyone.
