Kind of disagree with this, the price action is quite healthy if you compare it to known recent CR pumps - namely ARR, W2V and AUZ

Measured low volume pull back on PER before breaking a base on significant volume as opposed to these 3 going up very quickly with no breather and continual buying pressure.

If you also consider the context of the XBI convincingly breaking out of a year long base last night in the US, and the massive rise in NYR today likely spurring people to look for other bio-techs to punt it starts to make a lot more sense.

Also might be worth noting that each of these 3 preceded their CR pump with some form of pumpy announcement. All IMO of course, I wouldn't completely rule out the chance of a CR but the volume profile and price action is a lot healthier for PER.

In the case that this IS a CR pump we're likely to still see a few days of high volume at elevated prices to bring up the vwap like you can see in the other 3 charts.
