    the ATO is not after ppl who sell in the last 2 days of June without buying back in July Itsa (IE straight offload to just reduce other capital gains from during the year)

    I can't imagine anyone in this scenario who would prefer to maximize a loss vs having a reduced nett profit (by waiting to the last day)
