Why don’t you ever comment on the specifics of the company. The generic biotech environment is not necessarily relevant to us. There are big deals out there -sure & I accept that. However the “elected board” are watering down the potential opportunities in their commentary. There is the cashflow concern & the timing of possible delay announcemts visa-vie need for possible CR. We will inevitably need a deal so how do you envisage that deal could look? Will the “elected board” bend over to simply get us over the line & kick the can down the road. Or will they seek to maximise SH value? Without “deal” we will not get anywhere near the SP guesses you mention - on the science alone.
