Talking about a licensing deal that may happen before results Wayne. we must remember that the C Suite of Northern Hemisphere companies are on holidays between mid June and Mid August.
If you want a deal wrapped up by early June, terms would have to be agreed early May by the C Suite before additional work by the lawyers and Boards to have it done in time.
Coming back from Holidays mid August would have people under the pump to close by results.. not to mention a bigger player stealing your deal whilst you are sipping cocktails in St Barts!Clock is ticking!!
