Next year could see capacity skyrocket. It's hard to tell. I think you need a range of outcomes, given that they can up capacity by 50%~ at a time. Who knows, they could be pushing 90T/wk by mid 2020 if the demand is there.
Could be 14m, could be 50m. Honestly who knows. Projections like this just aren't going to be accurate.
