Londoner I'll be honest in saying that I've read the DFS report of 20 or so times and not once have I seen any evidence that they have valued the LAOS project based on in situ resource valuations.
Instead they are using a DCF to arrive at an NPV as far as I can see?
Therefore I'm unsure as to whether or not your valuations will materialise?
Don't get me wrong, I hope they do.
