    If any corporate action comes up, what will be the possible value, as CND does not producing?

    If equity figure taking away Goodwill, P&E, Tax Benefits, per share will be about 35c.

    If CND can sustain 1.5C Div, with IRR=7.5%, about 20c.

    A decline in SP can be seen, hopefully it does stablise not too far below 35C.
