It would be very unusual for a company not be granted approval to mine a particular area when they are at this stage of proceedings ie PER lodgement. You need to remember that CMR have been working very closely with the relevant government bodies in preparation. Rest assued the green light will be granted. Next big bit of news will be very shortly re: development decision Dec05. Will commodity prices hold up over the next few years to accomodate? I think we're at the beginning of a supercycle and even based on todays prices cmr has a value of 350cps+++(see MPS research).
