Yep, coal will make a comeback in Qld, but there are difficulties to over come. Greenie naysayers, coal for breakfast group and a raft of ill informed pastoralist just an example being played out in the courts at present. Anna Palaslack swings with the breeze on backing projects, so long as there are votes in it.
Nearly 50,000 jobs have been lost in Qld coal alone and geoscientist have 80% unemployment rate so says the Australian Institute of Geosciences.
Stanmore Coal did a gutsy deal in taking on the Issac project yet it still remains to be seen if they can make money and live up to their funding partnership deal.
As for EER at current prices a bargain IMO still DYOR. On the watch list for sure
