yes but the problem is that they pay out the benefits in dividends (whilst ignoring both the debt, but more importantly the servicing cost of that debt).
I would prefer a sledge hammer to dividends, but for REITS this is not possible.
I have a small position on the expectation that CMW will do a whopper of a dilutive capital raise, and in order to participate, you have to own some shares.
