I can see on the yahoo advanced chart that it was back in the recovery after the GFC that the price was last at these levels.
It seems way oversold. The distributions are lower, and there are question marks on occupancy etc, but the company is larger, and has a lower gearing rate than it did back in the late noughties.
I think obviously the company faces issues, however, anyone who likes a good dividend yield, paid quarterly, must be attracted to this company.
Im not sure of the logic behind how low this has gotten, theres risk, but is the risk worse than the risk on New Hope Coal or Woodside, etc?
