I don't agree that it is a redflag it is normal for only aggregate numbers to be presented otherwise it is too easy to calculate commercial in confidence terms with tenants.
In the annual results they said that Healthscope rent collection was 100% and that Healthscope had not sought any rent relief or concessions. Since then Healthscope has negotiated additional patient fees with at least one insurer (Bupa) and according to AFR tens of millions of dollars from each of Medibank, NIB and HCF.
