I do agree it would cost a fortune to implement my only point is that it (in my best approximation) would be infact possible.
However if you do not agree that it would be technically (forgetting the costs) possible I would be curious to know why? The largest scale system I have dealt with have numbered no more then 2,000 or so independent machines.
Mind you I just added up and am thinking there are approx 1 billion outstanding shares in CNP so you are talking about an awful lot of transactions.
