When I bought in in 2006, it was a small part of my portfolio, I did buy a very large parcel. I gave a large part of my portfolio to an "expert" that portfolio has been smashed, the same expert told me not to buy so many ESG, well I had breakfast with that expert last Saturday, who I might add is one of the best tax and super advisers in Aust, saved me a fortune when I sold my business, he humbly admitted my faith in ESG has been a very successful strategy, he also holds quite a few now. I would dare say we may have a little way to play out yet, and with it we will have exposure to a volatile market, that suits me as They are a great trading stock. If any of you guys have any spare cash, have a look at Queenstown, I have just got back and the real estate has been smashed, I am currently trying to pick up a Villa on the lake for 600 kiwi, was sold for 1.2 mill in the boom, there is a lot happening there, it is fast becoming a world leading destination. Could be something that could be handy in a portfolio,
