Hi cayjam,

VIL had 50% but when the promoter recently took up their option for 10% that cut VIL percentage to 45%. Apply the same 10% cut to the other two original JV partnets and you will be able to balance the GGP numbers with the VIL numbers.

I don't know who the promoter is however as they have only recently taken up their 10% option I see this as very good news from somebody who clearly has a lot more info on what is and has occured at FP than the rest of us.
