percentages proposed for meo, mog & cue

Could anyone clarify this please, as it doesn't look right to me, & I can't understand how it works...

Artemis currently 70% MEO, 15% MOG & 15% CUE

The announcement proposes up to 50% to farmin partner with expectation of 20% to be retained by MEO.

Does this mean that only MEO gives up a share of Artemis to the farmin partner, ie 70% down to 20%, giving 50% to the farmin partner & leaving MOG & CUE still with their 15% each intact?
