I sincerely hope that you are right. US housing market started it all and perhaps it will provide the cue for buying to start again. Consumers worldwide need to feel safer though so I reckon we also need some "good news" on the credit front like a rise in lending or similar, and we definitely need at least a month to go by without a major bank collapse.
