Work going to local companies will likely more be for support than the actual building of the aircraft. The aircraft will be fully modded in the US. All the fairings will likley be fibreglass not carbon fibre as well, as the carbon fibre isn't so good at letting electronic signals in and out, which is what this aircraft is all about.
