Interesting reading the potential coup in 2014 that was unsuccessful. KAR seems to have had a history of questionable management and strategy. I've waited long enough since the AGM and change from hold to sell. Strange as it may seem to sell under cash backing but that's the faith the market has in the Management and strategy. I don't have a lot of trust there. I will hold some if for no other reason get to the AGM. They might finally buy something now GLTA.
