perfect buying opportunity!!

Now first thing, here is a chart to show how much the DJIA has actually fallen.

Whats does this mean?

Basically we have fallen the biggest fall ever in this sort of time frame. There are plenty of cheap quality stocks that have been wounded in this whole crisis. Which means there are many bargains out there. Some of you may think this is not the end, ok i can accept that but it does not mean you do not buy. Say for example it does fall lower, you can always buy more. Now one thing i want to make clear is that i am only talking about smaller companies not the Blue chip, banks, miners etc.
So for me it is still buying time.
