for any chartists out there a quick look at sbs would make you salivate, 14 cents was an important breaking point from way back in March 2000.
along with this:
In particular you may care to note what the CDN market is valuing SGC at (its major asset being the SGC/SBS deal re Eritrea which it recently raised C$4m to fund). I think if you do some calcs based on SBS's ability to place its remaining interest in the Asmara/Debarwa project to SGC once they have acquired 40% of the project (at no cost to SBS), you will come up with a figure of around 20cps per SBS share at current prices - but do your own calcs and apply your own discounts/risk factors.
In addition SBS has liquid assets in the form of its Lakota stock holding which will soon be supplemented by South Bolder holding, although the later will have an escrow period. In other words it shouldnt (nothing is for certain) need to raise funds in the near term.
On top of that you have a great package of properties in Tanzania -check out some recent results, perhaps review the presentation given by CEO Michael Griffiths at the recent Africa DownUnder conference.
I think the company is significantly undervalued
