I love a conspiracy theory too but Obama reeks of wanting the "whole truth and nothing but the truth" to fix this stuff up in the world's financial markets brought about largely by the greed of a few. I think America intends to fix this "by hook or by crook". They have ruled out any significant double dip - because they (the good guys among us) can. There has been and will continue to be a fair bit of "brinksmanship" around TA and market trading. October will be interesting - possibly best watched from a distance, but unfortunately it doesn't make sense for everyone to get out even if they could.
