possible and probable.
The fact that they have ruled out a double dip makes it more possible in my mind. From 20% to say 40%. Yeh, 99% of statistics are made up.
They are just trying to stabalise the markets at a very jittery time of the year.
We all know that it is probable that the markets will be at lower levels over the next few weeks, but as always if price goes up, go with it... or cry in the corner.
Oh, yeh, all the above is just guessing and I have no idea.
