Steve couldnt sign a deal with one of the majors because the data is not water tight yet...once they carry out some more seismic work we really cant expect anyone to get on board with a jv...they may even need to do some 3d work before a serious JV will be secured and this can take a long time....IMO...
The support at 3cents has really fallen away and you would have to say if it drops below 3cents its a strong buy..
I was thinking Steve would push through and get a JV deal before WHN ran out of cash...it looks like that wont happen and the options will expire...so with only 2.5million in the bank a cap raising needs to happen very soon....
