TB has stated that he will test all zones on SOAII (it is a wildcat well) - there were I think 10 different zones of oil shows. This will take time as each zone needs to be evaluated.
I can only guess regarding the Rig being left out of the presentation - my guess based on hints and tone of voice at presentation is that SOAII drilling may entail a change of plan. If SOAII is as successful as company is hinting then TB will go all up on verticals - as this will make us self sufficient in capital generation and we won't need to raise any more capital.
