When Malaysia realise that their fringe nutjob politicians aren't above the law and start putting the best interests of their country as a whole above their own narrow minded and deeply flawed ideals. Then the $2.96 high from May this year, prior to NEXT being proven, and prior to whatever NEXT NEXT announced is, could be tested. Even with NdPr prices where they are the efficiencies of increased production with lower average COP is going to maintain profit margins and increase overall profits.
