This sends a pretty poor sign to the market in my opinion and disenfranchises management some what. I'd prefer to have top notch management in there (which we have) receiving an industry standard package (Maybe a little high but still in line with the majority of companies in the sector) but perhaps if they don't meet their objectives then a reduction is applied.

It's also too early for this type of talk if you ask me. Like many have stated and I have stated before, we have only just released our first product and our second product will be hot on its heels. Lets give them a chance to deliver on some contracts and then consider and decide where we stand!
