Hi Gridder, I kind of bundled that risk in the drilling stage. You don't really know until you poke a hole in the ground but I guessing you are concerned whether that is affecting negotiations?
Think I remember something that OldGeo mentioned where he was more concerned until he started looking closer and found something that indicated is could be mature enough. Am I remembering it correctly @OldGeo ? Difficult putting it all together from scraps of info.
