These sort of discussions are missing all too often on the PCL forum and make for interesting reading. Kind of makes it "Real"
All we need is some to decide to take a chance and put a hole in the ground. Any guessing on the drilling cost? Shallower than Venus. Are we talking 100 million for 3D and a drill? 2 jv members to split the bill and reduce the risk?
