Nothing academic about it got filled today at 14. 99 times out of a 100 a share price falls back to the level of the capital raising. All those who don't have extra funds sell off the shares they have at any price above the capital raising to fund the purchase through the capital raising. This ultimately drives the share price back to capital raising level. Also new buyers such as myself withold buy orders until it hits that level decreasing demand.
