"They should have had a dig and gone for $10-$15mil plus and used it to get things moving.$10-$15mil makes a statement.....$4mil looks indecisive" i tend to disagree with this.. reason being, they can raise funds again in a years time at a much higher price imo, OR a JV by then anyway...
