I think much of it had to do with timing. Bolivia would be quick and relatively low cost to startup. This would give them resourses to persue other interests, copper and gold start up in Australia is longterm and prohibiitive in costs. Much focus and energy has been on LZN with a lot of overseas travel involved. So all else was on the backburner.
I think when Mt Carbine comes along it offers the same quick startup close to home, also with big upside. So I think its timing . Good luck
